These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between w288 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the w288 website located at https://w288.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, in-play wagering and any other gambling-related features offered thereon.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any feature of w288, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information reasonably requested as part of the KYC process. w288 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals, granting access to certain features, or in response to AML requirements. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, w288 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree that you will:

• Use the Platform only for its intended purpose — personal entertainment through sports betting and casino gaming.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your use of the Platform.
• Not attempt to manipulate, interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform or any system or network connected to it.
• Not use automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers or any similar tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from w288.
• Not engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse or any other activity that seeks to exploit errors, vulnerabilities or promotional loopholes for systematic financial gain.
• Accept that decisions made by w288 regarding the settlement of bets, the operation of games and the resolution of disputes are final, subject to the complaint process outlined in these Terms.

All deposits made to a w288 Account must come from a payment source owned by or registered in the name of the Account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. w288 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source and request clarification where the source of funds is unclear.

Payment method references used on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed as familiar local references only. Their inclusion does not imply that these institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling operations. Actual available payment methods, processing times and applicable limits are subject to the operator's current terms and may vary.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to:

• Completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements.

Key principles applicable to all w288 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one claim per person, household, IP address and device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are typically non-withdrawable — only winnings generated from staking bonus funds are potentially withdrawable, subject to the wagering requirement being met.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on w288 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules and game-specific rules supplement these general provisions and are made available within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. w288 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of system error, incorrect odds publication or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. Live-betting odds fluctuate in real time during in-play events. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void where an event is cancelled, abandoned or where insufficient play has occurred to determine an official result. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the user's Account balance.
• Error Correction: Where a bet has been accepted at an obviously erroneous price (manifestly incorrect odds), w288 reserves the right to void the bet or adjust the settlement to the correct price. Users will be notified of any such correction.
• Maximum Winnings: w288 may apply maximum payout limits per event, per day or per wager type. These limits are specified within the platform's betting rules section and may vary by sport and market type.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w288 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture and legal action where appropriate:

• Creating, operating or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Submitting altered, falsified or fraudulent identity or verification documents.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities or unintended platform behaviours for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated bet manipulation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using automation tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform without written authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing w288 staff or other platform users.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to bonus hunting across multiple accounts.

w288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicious, fraudulent or potentially criminal activity is detected on the Account.
• A User has provided false information during registration or KYC processes.
• A User requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require such action.

Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining balance of real funds (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

All content on the w288 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations and software — is the property of w288 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
